Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier or seasonal delays. We'll always be upfront about timing rather than promise faster than we can deliver.

Shipping cost

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of your confirmation, contact us and we'll look into it.

Delays and lost packages

If your order is significantly delayed, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, reach out to us. We'll work with you to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We hope to expand in the future.
