Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders - no minimum, no hidden fees.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then delivered in about 7-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary. We'd rather be honest about timing than over-promise.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & guarantee

What is the 30-Day Glow Guarantee?

If you're not happy with your products, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund. For a guarantee claim, you don't need to ship anything back.

My order arrived damaged or wrong - what do I do?

Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

What's in the range?

Two everyday steps: the Pink Collagen Glow Balm Stick for the face, and the Collagen Neck & Contour Cream with a built-in gua-sha applicator.

How do I use the Glow Balm Stick?

Swipe it over cheekbones, under-eyes, lips, or anywhere you want glow, then press it in with a fingertip. Wear alone or under/over makeup, and reapply any time.

How do I use the Neck & Contour Cream?

Apply upward along the neck and jawline, then use the built-in gua-sha applicator to massage it in with light, sweeping strokes.

Are the products safe for my skin?

Our products are cosmetics made to improve the look and feel of skin - they are not medical treatments. As with any new skincare, we recommend patch-testing before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you have a specific skin concern, check with a qualified professional first.
